At Season Trendings, we want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Please note that perishable goods (like food or flowers), intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, downloadable software, and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

💳 Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the exact same product, please reach out to our support team immediately with photo evidence, and we will make it right.

📦 Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please contact our support team first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived defective).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping items over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
